We cannot provide a refund on raw food orders unless they are found to be unsafe or unusable upon delivery. Please note that we take great measures to ensure safe handling on all orders, so we are confident they will arrive in safe, usable condition.
If your order contains any shortages, errors, or damages, you must notify us on the day of receipt or non-delivery and include photographic evidence where possible.
