Food for Paws aims to process all orders as quickly as possible to ensure your frozen pet food is delivered within a few days.

While we aim to deliver all orders the next day, please note that some orders may take 2-3 working days, such as those placed on bank holidays.

All orders are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging by a dedicated courier service.

We’ll keep you updated on your order throughout the delivery process, including an email when the order has been dispatched for delivery.

Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays may take longer to deliver due to courier collection times.
